Choosing Your Rental

Don’t pay a premium for amenities that you are not going to use.
Read below for information on deep discounts compared to resort rates.

Unlike the resort rental program, we offer two categories of rentals based on the activities that your rental party plans on using during your visit. This assures that you are not paying a premium for amenities that you may not be using. Our nightly all-inclusive rates are already 20-25% less then the resort. You can decide on which property to rent based on the activities your rental party plans to use during your visit.

1) Rent one of our Members Advantage properties and you will receive preferental access and discounts to all recreational activities.

2) Rent one of our Non-Member Select properties, which do not offer preferential access to certain amenities and save even more money from our already discounted rates compared to the resort.

Note that both Members Advantage and Non-Member Select properties are already 20-25% lower then prevailing resort total rates after taxes and surcharges.

Do you plan on playing golf on the mountain on a weekend or holiday from before 12:30 A.M.?

All renters have unlimited access to the 27-hole Stoney Creek golf course in the valley year-round; all renters have access to Devils Knob mountain golf course on weekdays and after 12:30 on weekends and Holidays

Do you plan to use the indoor/outdoor pool or nautilus facility at the Wintergarden?

All renters have free access to 2 outdoor pools at Wintergreen: Rodes Farm and Chestnut Springs. All renters can access the Wintergarden for a fee on non-peak periods. Email us or call our office (434-325-7933) for details.

Do you plan to use Lake Monocan on a Saturday?
yes no

All renters have unrestricted access from Sunday-Friday

Do you plan on using the Stoney Creek Pool &, fitness facility?
yes no

Most renters do not use these facilities. They are only accessible to Members Advantage renters year-round.
